Order new key using VIN number

Have you lost your key card or car keys? Do you want to gain access to your car quickly and safely? Simply fill out the form, attach a picture of second page of your log book along with photo ID confirming your identity. We will obtain a key code for your car and cut the key for you. When we arrive to your location we will have the key with us and we will be able to securely unlock your car and program a new key or key card for you.

Key Code Service – How does it work?

Metal keys or emergency keys (for vehicles using key cards or smart cards) can be cut based on a key code that can be obtained only by supplying log book and photo ID of the owner of the vehicle. You will need to supply us with the vehicles VIN, proof of ownership (log book, registration certificate or car passport) and a photo ID.
Once we obtain the key code, we will cut the key for you.
We will obtain the code usually within 2 hours (working hours) and we will be able to schedule a same day appointment, however during busy periods or out of hours requests make take slightly longer.
Once the key is ready we will schedule a booking for you, we will bring the key with us, unlock your car and program a new key or key card for you.
You can have the key code emailed or texted to you if you don’t require key cutting service.

You can’t cancel your request after the purchase is complete.
The code given will be the original code for the vehicle when it was manufactured. We can take no responsibility for the locks being changed in the past.
